At G’millennial, we strive to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied. However, please note that we do not offer monetary refunds. We provide replacements for products in case of manufacturing defects or wrong items delivered.
Policy Rules
- Replacements must be initiated within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Replacement is subject to availability of the same product.
